We’re excited to support your journey into Battalion and Brigade-level command through the Sustainment Pre-Command Course (SPCC). While the course is no longer conducted at the Army Sustainment University, we remain committed to providing up-to-date and relevant resources for sustainers. SPCC is now delivered in person during the 4-hour Sustainment Branch Breakout Day, held as part of the Pre-Command Course at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This focused session equips senior leaders with the most current, actionable insights to prepare for command in today’s complex operational environment.

For those seeking additional depth, the legacy SPCC Teams page, home to the full suite of instruction, briefs, and materials from the original 40-hour course, remains available. You’ll find the link at the bottom of this page.

In addition to these legacy resources, we’ve included updated videos and guides to help you prepare for your role as a Battalion or Brigade Commander or Command Sergeants Major. We understand that reach-back capability is essential. That’s why we’ve included folders with resources to help you connect with CASCOM and the broader sustainment enterprise. If you have specific questions or need to be connected with a subject matter expert, and don’t see their contact information in the briefs provided, videos, or slides, please reach out to the Pre-Command Course Director within LOGPRO at the Army Sustainment University via the LOGPRO mailbox to get the support you need.

We’re here to ensure you’re confident, connected, and ready to lead!
