The Faculty and Staff Development Office (FSDO) ensures that Soldiers and other military personnel, Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), and contractor personnel directly or indirectly involved in training and education functions have the capability to perform their jobs to standard. FSDO offers courses to prepare and develop individuals for the roles and responsibilities of assigned positions within their training field.
