Who may brorrow from the Army Sustainment University?

Direct borrowing privileges with approval are extended to the Fort Gregg-Adams military and civilian personnel (both active and retired) with appropriate identification. Other persons are encouraged to use their local library.

What is the shelving classification scheme?

Library of Congress classification.

Are there typewriters for patron use?

Yes, But for limited use only.

How are holdings acquired?

Selected materials are acquired from library vendors and Government agencies.

Are there computers for patron use?

Yes, There are computers for patron use on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the library, rooms 2010 and 3010.

Can I bring food and drink into the library?

No food and drink is allowed in the library.

What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service that obtains study and research materials from other sources that are not available at our facility.

How do I use Interlibrary Loan?

Through ILL, authorized ASU Library patrons may have access to books, journals articles, periodicals, government publications, videos, and other materials not owned or available from the ASU Library. ILL is not guaranteed since it is entirely up to the holding institution whether or not they will loan their materials. An ILL request can be initiated by providing as much information as possible relative to the item you are requesting to the ASU Library by phone, electronic email, via on-line catalog or in person.
