Enhance the logistics capability and sustainability of US forces by educating and developing leaders in enterprise logistics, data analysis, requirements development, and operations research/systems analysis.

About

DALOS consists of two departments and five branches:
Applied Logistics Division
•  Civilian Logistics Education Branch
•  Professional and Continuing Education Branch
•  Joint Logistics Education Branch

Operational Sciences Division
•  Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) Committee
•  Data Education Committee

Provides career development education for joint military and enterprise logisticians, to include entry-to-executive level Army Civilian logisticians in joint, strategic, and functional logistics, Defense logistics, Supply Chain Management, ORSA, non-acquisition operational contract support, and requirements development.

Provides development of specialties under the sponsorship of:
•  Army Materiel Command (AMC)
•  Army Civilian Career Management Activity (ACCMA)
•  Joint Staff J-4
•  Army DCS, G-8
•  Army DCS, G-4 Functional Chief for the Logistics Career Field
•  Army Transformation and Training Command
•  Defense Logistics Agency
•  Interservice Environmental Education Review Board
